OUR RETURN POLICY

Due to any unhappy purchase(s) made we allow up to 14 days, after the date shown on the dispatch note, for any returns. For international customers we allow up to 28 days. 

For a refund: all products must be packaged as received with the return slip filled out, all tags must be attached and the product(s) must have no stains, damages or odours. If the products returned are suitable we offer a full refund. 

We do not offer a free return postage. It is the customers responsibility to send the item(s) back.

After 2 working days of receiving your returned items any refunds will be made. Please allow a further 3-5 working days for a refund to show in your bank account. 

We do not allow returns on any sale item(s) however, you may exchange the item(s).

Exchanges can be made for another size or colour. We will charge the extra price for any higher priced products. For lower priced products, we will refund the remaining amount.

Contact our customer services prior to returns made due to faulty products. We allow 14 days on returns for faulty item(s). Please leave a description of the fault on the return slip.
